Shipping is handled by our reliable logistics partner, who inspects, prepares, packs, and ships each order after it is placed. Depending on the order volume and type, this process takes about 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–12 business days, with an average of 6 days.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee - no questions asked!

If you’d like to return your order, just send an email to support@getmiluna.com or fill out the contact form under “Contact” on our site. You’ll receive a reply with instructions for returning your product as soon as possible. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

You’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving your return.

We’re always eager to improve, so we welcome feedback and suggestions. If you’re returning your order, a brief explanation and any improvement ideas are much appreciated!


Important Notes for Customers

Make sure your email address and phone number are entered correctly. If this information is incorrect, you may not receive delivery notifications, and your parcel may be returned to us. In that case, the terms for “unclaimed packages” will apply without further notice.


Digital Products

For digital items (files created and delivered in digital format), there are no shipping charges.

Digital content will be delivered by email within 24 hours after the order is confirmed (or after your payment is received if you chose prepayment).

You’ll receive access via a link sent to your email. This email with download instructions will also be sent within 24 hours after order confirmation (or payment receipt).


Packages Sent to the Wrong Address

Please always double-check your shipping address. Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes to your address or other information.

Please note: getmiluna.com is not obligated to offer refunds if the shipping address provided is incorrect.


Unclaimed Packages

Remember, if you want to return a product, you must first accept the package and then follow our return process. Not picking up the parcel or refusing delivery does not count as a valid return.

Customers are not entitled to a refund for “unclaimed packages” if they don’t pick up the parcel or refuse delivery.
